Basically/unfortunately you are going to need "A" shop. Most bike companies really don't want to deal with you directly.
Hopefully you've got receipts (credit card statements might work) of what you've paid for. You're most likely going to need to prove that the shop caused the damage to get any kind of warranty support. :(
