Tri Rig Omega X and Cervelo P3 Rear Brake

Hi There
Can anyone PLEASE help me with instructions or photos on how to fit the Tri Rig Omega X brake to the rear of my Cervelo P3.
Tri Rig have given me some instructions but it seems I may be missing a few bits to mount onto the brake bracket.
Any help greatly appreciated
