Her 5km and 10km splits were avg 3.31 / km and 3.37 / km. Not sure how sick she was as this would imply she was aiming for a 2 hr 28 min / 30 min finish. Would never have put her at that kind of time. She went down to 4.08 before she DNF just after 1/2 way.

Chrissie’s splits on the other hand were just slightly positive 3.58 min / Km at 5 km to 4.05 km avg at the finish.

Mo’s 2hr 05 min had nothing to do with his on going public spat with Haile Gebrselassie apparently which I believe as didn’t see him doing much better than this. Kipchoge is a total different league.
