What would be the "orthodox fit" for my height (Cervelo P2)?

Just picked up a NOS P2 frame in 58cm. An offer too good to pass on.
Used to own a P2 56 and always felt cramped on it. Just not a good fit. Sold it a few years back and went without tri bike for some time.

Just finished the built. Put on an ISM Time Trial saddle that I still had and bought a PD Supersonic.
DA componentry (not relevant to this). Just mentioning because the built came out super nice.

Here goes:
I want to throw my old fit out the window and start fresh.
Since this will be a DIY fit, I am looking for a starting point for the fit.

Following Dan's previous elaborations on the orthodoxy of a fit, can someone tell me what my "orthodox" fit would be?

I am 6-2. Average proportions (legs/torso). What stack/reach/saddle height would be my starting point?

Tell me if I am missing something and that approach has any flaws.

Thx.
Mick
