Since I can't run anymore, changing up the routine so I'm doing weights at lunchtime.

3 sets of each:

Dumbbell Military Press
Dumbbell Curls
Triceps extensions
Gym Ball Crunches
Hanging Knee Raises
Lat Pull Downs
Dumbbell Flys


When the knee gets better I'll start working in some squats.

Got a swim scheduled for tonight. More pulling. yay.
