Just remove the bottle, unscrew all the bolts, remove the plates and the underside of the stem, flip bar over, done! Just as easy putting it back together.

I'm no mechanic and I'm always afraid to start touching things like the drivetrain, but this was pretty simple. I know the initial build is probably a real pain, but after that, I'd say it's pretty easy to live with. If you organize the cable jumble in the front, it becomes less scary. I like how basic the front end really is: just a couple of plates that bolt on to cover the cables.
