Not sure what this swim challenge thingy is all about, but...trying to breakthrough a barrier in swimming. To that end, I'm trying to double my weekly yardage..using both frequency and volume. Today:
All sets on 30s rest.

10x50 free

8x50 catchup

200 cooldown
2500scy (shortest swim of the week)
So far, 9500scy for the week.
