Exactly that, the small frame (mine is a medium) has 25mm shorter head tube and with an ongoing back issue, I feared it would be a little too much for me.
The saddle height is lower than 'suggested' on my fit by about 10mm, but I am more comfortable, and more powerful (by feel and no loss of power via PM) in that position.
I have to admit, it does look a little off in that picture, but it sure feels comfortable!
