The house and acreage are pretty breathtaking, imo (298 acres!). The driveway is a mile long, but there is a helipad in case you get bored of driving and want to fly it in. Tom said he's selling because he just doesn't use it that often.
Looks like a mecca for mountain biking and trail running. I've got an idea. Let's pool our resources together and buy this for Slowtwitch retreats. :)
