Coach Recommendations.....
I may eventually post this in the "Jobs" forum but I thought I would start with womens (and the men who hang with us) to see if they have any recommendation on a triathlon/running coach. Here is a bit about me and what I am looking for:

bit about me- I am a 38 year old, female triathlete, ultrarunner, mountain bike racer. I have been active in triathlon since 2002. I participated in IMWI in 2008 and 2009 and then "retired" from road triathlons. I then spent 2010-2012 focusing on ultrarunning and Xterra triathlon. In that time I completed several 50ks, 50 miles and one 100 mile races. In the summer of 2012, I was hit in an Xterra and shattered my left wrist/arm/hand and have had three surgeries and about 1 year of rehab. I trained throughout the recovery but was always sidelined with another surgery or issue that prevented me from racing. I did manage to finish the 6-day TransRockies Solo run last August. I am currently scheduled to race IMC in July (more on this later). I am not a front of the pack athlete but usually finish near the top 25-30%. I will likely continue to do a mix of long course road tris, offroad tris and ultra running for the near future. I do not race a lot and don't really attempt to do too crazy of things: race a 100 and 3 weeks later want to race a IM. I believe in 1 big goal and training towards that with other fun things thrown in when it fits with the big goal.

coaching history: Since 2002, I have worked with a coach on an individual training plan level. My first coach was great as I was a beginner and she kept me healthy and making progress. As I moved into longer distances, I switched coaches to a coach (2005ish) with more experience working with "advance athletes". About that time I got a computrainer and this coach has experience with power. I worked with her from 2005-2012 (both triathlon and ultrarunning). But after 5years, I started to feel like my plans were "canned" and not really focused on my strength and weaknesses. After my accident and taking 10 weeks off of nothing (as I had external and internal fixation on my wrist), I decided to switch coaches again and have been working with my current coach since that time. He coached me with through transrockies (with input from me in my training plan) and is now working with me on a plan for IMC. It is my current training plan and lack of communication with my coach that is having me look for new coaching in the future. I feel that I have attempted to express concerns about my plan and my lack of progress numerous times throughout the year and have either gotten no feedback and/or told that he believes it is a strong plan and I should continue on with what he has prepared. I feel like (and data shows) that I am swimming, biking and running slower than I have in years. I realize that some of the swimming is related to residual issues with my arm/wrist and the bike is related to not having focused bike training for a couple of years while I ran ultras but I am seeing a negative trend within each training cycle and feel that decreasing FTP/speed should not be happening if I was adapting to the training. Trying to address this with him has been frustrating as my emails are not being answered.

what i am looking for: A coach who is willing to work with an athlete with multiple goals/interests - triathlons and ultrarunning. Does not need to be local. I do not need to have daily communication but would like a responsive coach who answers emails and talks via the phone at least monthly. A coach who evaluates data (I have a power meter, computrainer and various garmins (910, 800) and adapts the plan based on my adaptation to training. Can build a plan and be flexible with my schedule. I also realize that switching to a new coach 8 weeks(or 12 if i switch from IMC to IMKY) before an IM isn't a great idea and lots of coaches would not take me. So while I would love a miracle workers, I am really looking for a coach for future training.

Feel free to respond here or PM me with recommendations.....
