Find another PCP who will get you the tests you need or refer you to a rhematologist (assuming you can't self refer). I'd get lymes, ANA, SSA, SSB, TSH, rheumatoid factor, CCP at a minimum. the dry mouth has me wondering about Sjogren (combined with the arthitis).
