I'm now down to 121 pounds. That is one pound less than my "sustainable" weight. And having brownies for breakfast. Yesterday I wore a dress that five months ago was tight, and now it is loose and gapping. Lost one dress size. That's nearly ten pounds lost in one month! And I have not lost energy, even on my fast days.
