Last week's goals
run 55 ish miles- WIN - I got 66 miles w/ a 21 mile long run.
bike 3-4 times - WIN - 3 times
and start swimming - LOSE. didn't swim once. But I did join a (more expensive) gym closer to my house. I hope this will help me swim more. I swam once this week already.
Also need to get in the weights and the core. - Only did once.


This week's goals.
Run - 55 miles, w long run of 15-17, but have 8-10 MP miles
Bike - 1-2 times - I"ve been having some vastus medialus pain bilaterally that I think is related to biking, so may back off a little this week.
Swim - 2-3 times - already did one which is huge for me.
Core / Weights - 2 times.
