The cleat are tiny and have rubber shoes (the small black blocks in the pic) , which give good grip and make it easy to run and walk in them, while protecting the cleat from any wear and keeping them out of the grass
they last forever too just have to tighten the pedal rarely, but never need to replace the cleat and it doesnt start to feel sloppy, always crisp
