As others have said, nutrition sounds like the culprit, but what was your morning meal like? I wouldn't be surprised if it was a simple matter of not having enough calories to start with. Also, I'm not a fan of Gatorade, it always messes with my stomach. I have found success with Hammer products as well as Skratch Labs.
