Just the other day, a friend of mine asked me to find him a road bike for under $400. "That's gonna be tough," I told him. So far, the only new bike I found was the Ibex Classic 3300 for $379.

I don't know anything about the frame quality, but what the hay. It's the best I could find so far. I'm gonna keep looking.

If anyone else knows of any other "cheapy" road bikes let me know.
