Went to the derm today. She takes a look at my back and asks how I managed to tan the outline of a sports bra into my back.

I told her it happened during a triathlon.

I literally have not worn a sports bra alone outside since then. Scary! She even took a picture b/c she was so amazed.

So just a reminder to always wear your sunscreen. I put sunscreen on that day, but found out after the race (when I was super, super sunburned) that the sunscreen had expired over 2 years before.
