Triathletes, Runners, Cyclists, and Swimmers my name is Jeff Smith. I have a degree in exercise physiology and certified trainer and coach, as well as a professional triathlete competing in XTERRA, and all distance road triathlons. I have been coaching and personal training full time for the last 5 years and work with age group athletes to professionals.

I currently train clients here in my hometown of Sandpoint Idaho in my own studio and coach athletes online through trainingpeaks.com

If your interested in training or coaching I have a special pricing through the end of the year. The cost for personal training is 25.00 per session and 80.00 a month for my basic coaching plan. I have been filling up my schedule at the studio and my athlete coaching program so call soon as I will only be taking up to four more athletes for online coaching and a couple of slots for personal training. I keep the numbers smaller so that there is more communication available.
