D to shift tips is 412mm instead of 324
If you use 35.5 which is what Sam measured then it should be 796 which means my seat is low.
Extension end to shift tips is 88mm
The drop is between 160 and 180 depending where on seat you measure. But this is with all the spacers gone. Need to put some back.
C is about 862 to shift levers
This is using a 100mm Vision stem
My Inseam is suppose to be 35" or 890mm
On 11/30 I changed the drop to 140mm. Did this my lowering the seat some. Need to measure exactly how much. I also added more spacers.
Using .883 formula then my seat should be 786mm high. It was 765 but I have lowered.
On 3/23/2010 I moved the drop to about 135mm. I also switched from the Profile seat to the Fizik seat.
4/4. Saddle is 29 inches or 737mm. This was on my last ride at 50 miles. I have raised to 752. The drop now is 120mm. Raised seat but also add spacers. So don't really know how much difference. Also pushed saddle back about even with BB
4/5 road 22 miles without any pain at all. At 750mm. But also wear a lot of cushion in pants.
08/15/2010. Saddle on P4 is just shy of 790. Drop is now about 140mm. Not an exact measurement. I raised aero bars 20mm. Seems a lot better. Not scientific but does not feel any slower
About 7/2011 Had the Retul fitting done because of bad pain in knees. He completely changed my position. My drop was 60mm using Vflow max. Seat was 766mm to red line above a on vflow max. Seat to back of vision bars was 435. Level measurement. Seat tip to back of vision bars cup was 460. This is uneven measurement and used to change drop and stem length to keep hip angle consistent.
9/29/2011 I adjusted drop from 60mm to about 90 - 100mm. Kept other measurements consistent. Did a ride for 90 minutes. My knees did hurt but also been riding really hard and running a lot.
I will changing drop to -11 or -12cm 10/22/11. Right now it is -10cm. Tim on 7/2/11 did the new sizing and changed drop from 13.3 to 9.5. But I measured above 6. Not sure why the difference. But 13.3 probably was from last year IM which was fine for me. So should be able to handle 12. This is probably why I am so slow. Actually should just try -13 and see what happens. This can be done by changing 60mm risers to 30mm risers. I bet this will get me under 190 watts for 22mph. I think I have been just manually lowering myself with bars so high to get numbers.
3/30/2012. Have no spacers and 20mm risers on P4. Feels great and very comfortable. But slow to watts and not sure why. It has been windy and been riding on south side. I have a stripped bolt which once fixed will go to 10mm riser for 1 month and then none. With this setup it is the lowest I can go on P4 with Ventus. I do need to see if I can get P2 to same setup. Might require flip of stem to get negative
4/23. Finally have stripped bolt fixed. Removed all risers and spacers. Felt fantastic. Seat in perfect position and tilt of saddle perfect. Need to write down all measurements. I believe drop is 15cm without pads. Basically the lowest you can be P4 and Ventus. So not sure what I will do to get lower. Only got to ride 5 miles before dark but felt extremely comfortable. Actually more comfortable than with the 20mm of risers.

Need saddle height, and other values besides drop. 4/26 - My knee has started bothering me again. I did take out the 20mm of risers. So now I have no spacers or risers and saddle is 765. The drop is 14.5cm. I am thinking of adding 1cm to seat height and see what happens. But in the past my hamstring bothered me and do not want this to cause this issue. If I do race my seat 1cm I will be at 15.5cm of drop which is what I should be at IMHO. But curious if higher seat is going to make me slower.
