Guppy Challenge Week 9

Last week was a ball buster. No getting around that. So, like a rock concert, when the artist changes pace, we're going to change pace. Last week and this might be the most important 2 weeks of this challenge. Last week you were stretched. You also were exposed to longer yardage than you might ever have swum in a week. And, maybe longer sustained pool swims than ever. This week we're going to slow it down and concentrate on the opposite: let's see how slow you can swim and still maintain your form. Now that we've got you pretty darned swim fit, let's once and for all root out some of the bad habits you've formed that's kept you a guppy.

Just a little over a week to go. How many will complete the complete the Guppy Challenge? Four are in. One more should make it and two more are long shots.
