Fwiw .. I saw a Cannondale evo being walked out of a gangsters home in the not so nice part of town. This bike was loaded six ways from Sunday. I called attention to the cop on the corner, that a bike like this should not be in this neighborhood.
Gangsters were busted for for among other things, a stolen bike.

On another occasion, in the same neighborhood, a property manager meets me on his bike - a bitch ass loaded dogma. A long conversation later, he rides with us now.

Try taking an ice pick to your skull before understanding Shiver. He's a lost cause for much more than this.
