IMWI and IMFL in same year
I'm thinking of doing IMWI and IMFL in the same year.
Anyone has done this before?
Any advices for training/resting after IMWI to get ready for IMFL is much appreciated.

I did this in 2010. They are roughly 13 weeks apart so really no issues for me training. Took a week off after WI then a week or 2 of active recovery then a 8 week ramp up followed by taper. Training might differ if Florida is your A race vs Wisconsin. For me Wisconsin was my A race and Florida was for fun/excuse for a vacation. My biggest issue was getting in the longer workouts on weekdays after work as the sun goes done super early. Very manageable though.

Did you not learn ANYTHING from the Iron Cowboy (IC) threads this past summer, with their total of around 2000 posts??? 50 iron distance workouts in 50 days is really no big deal, so 2 IMs that are 13 wks apart is just a cake walk. The IC would just laugh at you if he were to read your question:)
