Unless they've changed it recently, when I signed up you could:

1. Create a bike
2. Create a course (search for an existing or upload a file if you've already done a recon)
3. Create a race on the bike/course


1. This is what gives you the estimated time for a course and a basic power plan
2. You have a limited number of downloads like the computrainer course, power plan, etc.

So essentially, I found it super useful to show you what's possible for one race. If you want it for more, sign up. Sounds like a standard operating model to me.

You can do as many races as you want, you just have to update your one free race each time. I have found it to be extremely accurate for up to 40k tt's. The wind direction and speed is a huge factor to consider and if it is off your time will be way off also.
