there's definitely opportunity in our world, that's for sure. on a positive note though, i've had a lot of people share with me their stories of inspiration in the past year, and actually had more than one fans with 100+ weight loss success stories. sometimes that stuff is more motivating than my own training.

Haha, I think you need a "Ask me anything about World 600" thread. You'll get all the classic questions like "what's your nutrition plan for a 600 mile race?"
Have you done the CMS 10 mi TT? Can't imagine how slow it must feel to ride around that track at 28 mph after driving it at speed.
