Today is the first time I use my Kuat Sherpa. The strap for the rear tire does not want to stay. I pulled it tight on the wheel and the locking mechanism does not hold the strap down. It just comes loose by itself and with no effort, I can remove the strap.

Is this is the way it is suppose to be or did I just get a bad set?
