Ironman Training Plan
I'm new to tris - have only done one short one and one half Ironman, and I'd like to do one happening in November (full IM).

Can anyone recommend a good training program?

It has to get me to the finish line with at least some dignity, meaning running (not walking) but not any kind of record time.

I'm in good shape - just did a 70.3 (with considerable pain) and a full marathon on March 15, with no pain or difficulty.

My swimming is very slow (poor form). I have a pool. I'm an experienced runner and cyclist, with road and MTBs.

Thanks for any advice.

Check out the plan on tri fuel and/ or search here for reviews of it.
Heavy swim focus, may suit you well.
Good luck
