Hi. Good Night

I came from Brazil to race the 70.3 Florida (Haines City). I visited today the Waterfront Park to see the famous bike trail. I didn't understand exaclty how it works. I need ride 50 km, and run 5 km. It's easy to finde people training in the area?

From waterfront park you can ride the trail west maybe 20 minutes, or go east toward orlando for several hours ride. There are a few short branches off of it, but should have trail signs to keep you on the main trail
