6800 Cassette Issue

I just replaced my cassette and I am getting a rumbling/vibrating when riding in the 5th cog--the rest of the cassette seems fine. Any thoughts? I thought maybe the spacer may not be in tight/correct?

Check to make sure the cassette doesn't have any lateral play (that it is tight). Check the teeth on this cog. How old is your chain? I usually repace chain and cassette together.

Yes check all that. Definitely replace the chain if you haven't. New cassette and old chain (and vice versa) cause grinding vibrations shifting problems etc...

does that hub/cassette combination require a spacer on the freehub prior to installing the cassette? There is a hub/spacer compatibility chart here:
