ride streak vs run streak

Im on a pretty decent ride streak. Riding every day, for 40-200TSS on the trainer. It has done wonders in only a few weeks, i feel stronger at every intensity and my confidence is high during my intervals.

I do however only see people here talk about run streaks. I can understand that a run streak would be equally good, but make solid bike training harder. I do plan to shift my bike streak for a run streak over the summer while building for an IM since my weakness is, no suprise, running.

What experiance do you have with streaks in the different sports?

You need to be much more careful about injury on a run streak. I've been building up slowly starting with every other day and am now up to 4 days running and one day off. It's all base stuff though, once I'm running comfortably each day I'll throw in a longer run and then an intervals session.

I can go straight into a bike streak, and just get very tired after a couple of weeks, but then the body seems to get used to it.
