Yup that was the thought!!! Changed electrolyte mix and added additional salt now no more cramps!! Guess I was right

Have you considered you got fitter and it's the increased fitness which is why you didn't get cramps?

No I hadent, we had twins in the middle of last season so training sessions have been few and far between. I'm in ok shape but credit the absence of cramps mostly to the EFS and salt Sherpa.
