Zones are based on CP from cyclo-sphere and done automatically...there is a function to manually enter FTP on computer.

I eventually found where FTP is.

When I ride tomorrow morning I will see if the change have worked and are per how my coach has them set it in TP.

He uses the Andy Coggan system, does anyone know what system Pioneer use?

Believe its the same 7 level system. You can find % on there FAQ I believe.
