10 speed cassette/wheel ok on 11 speed drivetrain? (Only on trainer)
My new bike is 11 speed but my trainer wheel is 10 speed. I keep it hady to toss on quickly for an AM ride or if weather is bad. Can I still use that on my new bike? I limit my shifting on the trainer if that helps.

It probably won't shift worth crap as the 11spd cogs are closer together so the derailleur indexing will be off on the 10spd cassette. If you can find a cog where it performs smoothly and leave it there, no harm.

Could I puchase an 11 speed cassette, remove one cog, and maybe add some form of spacer?

Now because you are switching back and forth you probably won't set the limit screw so be careful shifting past 10 ;)

I have been using a Red 11-speed RD with a 10 s cassette and shifters without any shift issues at all including heavy climbing for about a year now.

You can as I have done the same thing. 11 sp on the roadie and when I've run it on my trainer the few times my tri bike was out of commission I used the 10sp cassette on my trainer wheel. All I use is 3 or 4 cogs so I'm not going up and down the cassette. Never had an issue with skips or grinding.
