I toyed around with one of sales rep Ryan McGlone's Fenix 3, and was pretty impressed.
The fit and finish are great and screen quality is another big step up.

Note: zero experience in workout/exercise, so i cannot comment there.

I bought the Fenix 2. Wish I hadnt.

Pretty sure none have shipped. According to DC Rainmaker he gets his production unit about 3 weeks before release and he doesn't have his yet. So I would think mid to late February at the earliest.
