Did you do the 6 x 100s off the block (probably not) and what times did the guys and gals do?

It is a really interesting set. If you tried to do a set like that on the track you would shred a quad or a hamstring (or both).

The 5x100s were not off the blocks. The fastest swimmers were holding mid 50s.

Tim, ok it has been a few months now, some races have taken place. Are you happy with the performances of the athletes that attended this camp? Any thoughts on watching Lionel Sanders swim at Oceanside, and any improvement he has made, knowing that he has been smashing bike records up Mt Lemmon in Tucson which I can't imagine leaves to much in the tank for hard swimming?
