Wow. This is a great idea - wouldn't mind seeing the 3 feet thing mandatory or have the option to pick any warning such as "don't text and drive", "look twice", etc on every state plate.

Yea I remember when I started seeing those in shops over the summer, I briefly considered grabbing a stack and keeping them with me on rides to slap onto any cars that got too close. Then I decided living was more important. Fun idea though!
