I am having an issues with the magura rt6 brakes still dragging on the rear zipp 808 after I adjusted them. Anyone have this issue or know of a suggestion?

Do you mean that the brakes don't open wide enough to let the wheel spin without touching the pads?
If they won't open wider, and if there are no options to remove spacers/washers from behind the brake shoes to effectively widen them, then you may need to file down the brake pads. I did this with my Speed Concept..

i can confirm beyond doubt the brakes open wide enough to accomodate zipp 808 - have you swappend the position of the spacers on the shoes?
