Maybe we get a better deal in Canada since Cervelo is Canadian :)
2011 S2 with Ultegra Di2 (no wheels) - brand new from LBS $2600 in Fall of 2013
2010 P2 with Ultegra 6600 (Shimano somethings) - brand new from LBS $2200 in Fall of 2012
Heck they were blowing out brand new P1 with Ultegra for $1250 last year, full warranty.

Without more info (age and wear on the bike/components) on the P2, I'd say it's way overpriced. If the P2 fits you and thats the bike you want, get a new one from a local shop that includes a bike fit with purhcase. I also wouldn't reccomend or purchase a tubular wheelset.
