Pearl Izumi Tri Fly cleat nuts
Hello. My tri fly 2's finally siezed on their sixth pair of cleats and I had to drill the bolts out. Unfortunately the bolts screw into 3 separate thin nuts, which are now in the trash. Hardware store options are not viable-they are all a bit thick. Pearl used to do a three way cleat plate (http://www.universalcycles.com/...05&category=3038) but nowhere seems to stock it anymore.

Any advice? I'm in the UK and have emailed Pearl UK; no response yet.

Northwave offers a t-nut insert, the TR7, part number 81121002.
Also avail on Amazon.

Just to round out the thread-I got some specialised t-nuts (look like a square with one corner cut off) which were £5 for 10. They work fine.
