allen - would you mind sharing your total cost for the build?

you know I am not a big fan of the color the price is just hard to pass up considering the hefty markup for the np3

I would but many parts come from other places and the prices would violate my sponsorship/club price agreements. Sorry.

I don't mind sharing my costs when I'm done. I don't have any fancy sponsorships to worry about. It's just me trying to haggle or find some good deals.

I took the first step with this project last night by buying a set of TriRig brakes for a total of $301 after shipping.

I feel the same. I have the NP2 and prefer the minimalist look of the paint scheme. To each his own!
