Yes, I am aware that a .228 is fairly low. Out riding SOME of the pros is usually a goal. Doesn't always work out that way, however.

These are the same watts (roughly similar watts/kg) as a friend of mine who rode a 4:47 last year at IM FL. I am a good bit cleaner in terms of position and set up than he is. But, I am not good at IM so I dunno if I could hold it for 112. I'm just offering you another data point. It's a fast course.

Also, at Cozumel last year (DNF), I did a 5:07 (113mi) with about 20 miles of sitting up due to back issues on ~175 TSS. Significantly windier than FL, similar terrain.

Another data point.
