Swim, bike, stair climb?

Ignoring the scenery and difficulty which others might touch on I must say you Norwegians seem to consistently have best-edited triathlon videos.

P.S. Actually I will touch on the scenery that mountain/cliff is pretty cool. Does it have a name or is it just one of many?

Oh! Now I'm realizing that I've seen this before. The rock between the cliffs looked familiar. A friend of mine was there and he put a picture on FB of him sitting on the edge of Preikestolen. It scared me just seeing it, not sure if he went up the stairs.

What's with the paddles and gloves on the swim?

In swimrun competitions you are allowed to use paddles and swim buoy since you are swimming with a small backpack and running shoes. Just check out the really nice video from the Swedish and mother of all swimrun competition OtillO.
