The Pastor dig was the funniest part. Also it as interesting to see that Alistair's reaction time was in the range of the average of those they tested.

Saw the accompanying video yesterday. Interesting test. The results were obviously not too surprising but I enjoy seeing this type of thing.

Thanks for the link. That was pretty cool.

Now let's see one of the Brownlee's do a lap at Spa. ;)

And yes The Maldonado dig was a nice touch.

The reaction time was interesting. It's interesting to think about how "human performance", as defined by certain parameters, varies so much from person to person and sport to sport. Comparing athletes at the top of their respective sports could be fascinating - it would be fun to throw in some athletes from other sports and see what happens. Of course, that would probably just rejuvenate the whole "the athletes from my favorite sport are superior to the athletes from your favorite sport" never-ending argument... lol

Like Jenson, I certainly wouldn't enjoy swimming with that apparatus on, either!

So, who do you think is fitter, the swimmers or the runners? want to try out a race with both? I heard that pro cyclists have really low resting HR, let's invite them too.

Between Pastor and Kobayashi, no one would ever finish a race. ;-)

It would be raining carbon fiber... :D

Maldonado must bring huge Venezuelan money to the team to keep putting his sorry arse in the car. Not that the Lotus is anything to write home about :/

no need to go overboard on the branding. let's just take some local guy's nickname and push him off his pedestal.
