Illicito and Cadence/speed Sensor
Sorry if this is already out in the forums...I couldn't find anything.

Just got a Quintana Roo Illicito and having some issues getting the Garmin Speed/Cadence Sensor installed in a place it can function...especially for cadence...due to the very wide non-drive side chain stay. Anyone out there already solve this issue?

The new Garmin cadence sensor mounts on crank arm so nothing on frame anymore.Speed sensor mounts on wheel hub.

The new Garmin cadence sensor is an acclerometer that measures rotations, so it can be mounted on the crankarm, or even on your shoe.

Their new speed sensor attaches to your hub. Early reports are that accuracy is so-so, plus it won't work with a disc.

Most of the people I see with Illicitos use the GPS for speed, and get cadence from their PM.
