In North AmericaThe modern way to do this (in general) is to tweet the company and/or 'facebook' them. If they've got any resources dedicated to their social media presence (which it appears they do - lots of posting activity), they'll follow up with you - that's the double edge sword of social media, if you're going to hang it out there, you can't afford to ignore your customers since it can get really...um..obvious, really quickly. Be polite and clear about what you are after, and maybe you'll get the contact you need. If you don't, depending on the issue, squeak a little. Politely.
No guarantees but there are lots of anecdotes out there about the employees in this role going the extra mile (or appearing to, and in that realm it's all about appearances).
