New York City Marathon - Guaranteed Entry
Quote | Reply
Anyone with guaranteed entry get the email and register today? I received the email and when I try to log in the NYRR site is tells me to use the link provided in the email. But I am doing that so not sure if if user error on my part or is the issue on the NYRR end.
Thanks, John

I've got guaranteed entry this year and have not received an email. I just tried to log in to my nyrr account and got the same message after attempting to log in. Maybe a glitch?

Yes! I had this same issue! Use the link, enter your email, then click "Forgot Password"

It will send you an email with a new password. Click through on that one and it will reset your account. Once I did this, I was able to select 'guaranteed entry' and register.

Good luck!

Let's hope it goes better than last years race!

I deferred my 2012 race till 2015.

Agree. Hoping for no SuperStorms. I expect the logsitics will be a nightmare but I really want to do this iconic race.

Are you a US citizen? I'm Canadian and I think there is a price for non resident

Can you still chose to get a refund from last year if you don't register for this year.

Sorry to pull out an old thread. For 2015 race: I have run under the min. time to get a guaranteed entry. When can I sign up? The NYRR site does not have a date, and I'm note sure if it 'sells out'?

2015 registration will not open until a while after the 2014 race has already taken place.
