my receipt indicates that i paid for a one day license (not usat-canadian) when i signed up for the race.

Just to confirm for everyone, I just checked my receipt from registration and I paid the $15 for the one day Triathlon Quebec Membership. I am sure everyone else did as well. At least everyone coming in from another country.

In my case, I got THE very last slot for the race through the Foundation program. The USA site had no more slots, but since I read and speak French, I was able to log on to the French site and secure that last slot!! But, I looked at the receipt and it does not specify if I bought a license or not. I better show up to registration with $15 Canadian dollars in hand I suspect! :)
