help...road bike fit Quote | Reply

so after 2 years on my road bike without any issues this year I have started to develop numbness on the bike. nothing has changed except that I have gotten a power meter and this only occurs with long hard efforts ex 2X20. i have swapped out the specialized toupe thinking it was getting old and flexy but that hasn't changed anything. I am now using a specialized romin after trying a couple fizik saddles with no relief. I am 179cm tall with a 33 inch inseam. I ride with a saddle height about 73.5cm seat almost all the way back and a 12 cm stem with 1 cm of spacers under on a litespeed icon. I find that during these hard efforts my pelvis rotates forward and I want to push back in the saddle. I am far from a flat back when in the drops and actually feel a little cramped in the drops. Any ideas? Longer stem? Lower bars? Move saddle forward?
