Tell me about Ft. Wayne IN Quote | Reply
I would appreciate any input from anyone who may be in the area. I might be making a temporary move to Ft. Wayne and don't really know anyone from the area. Just looking for generic info.

I'm not from there. BUT I know Ft. Wayne has or had the distinction of having the lowest cost of living in the U.S.
Also, just my observation of traveling and working in Indiana: people there are, in general, uglier than any other state in the union.


It's simple, but it isn't easy.

Well I'll fit right in but its kind of disappointing on the dating front lol.

Actually your comment varifies what I have heard. I doubt I would have any time for ugly hunting anyway.

There's a really good wood fired pizza and craft beer place called 800 Degrees. Highly reccomend.

Ouch. You sound like my wife. "The best thing you ever did was get out of Indiana and marry me. Bunch of ugly corn-fed broads out there." All lies! I dated tons (okay, like one, maybe two I guess) hot chicks back home! I'm damn good looking myself, too.

I grew up in the opposite corner of the state, so I didn't get up there very often. I have the impression of Ft. Wayne as a pretty blah Midwestern city. Nothing too bad, but nothing to write home about. It is pretty flat and windy up there, though.
