How to see normalized power on Joule 2.0?

How can I set my Joule 2.0 to see normalized power during a workout? I can find it on the PowerAgent, but not on the Joule itself. Wondering if this is possible?
Also, I have the G3 hub, but all of the sudden the Joule isn't picking up the data from the hub. It says that it is connected and I have zero'ed the torque and reset the sensors, but I still cannot figure out how to get the darn thing to register. Anyone have any insight?
Thanks in advance!

Yes it is possible to display normalized power. Note that each of the six fields above the line can be active, only one at a time though. The one that is active determines the two fields shown at the bottom of the display for a total of eight fields. What you want to do is customize the display so that one of IF/TSS/NP is shown on the top six, then the other two of IF/TSS/NP is shown on the bottom row. You change the fields shown on the top six by moving the cursor with the joystick, then I have to go on memory because I don't do it very often but I believe pushing down and holding down on the joystick changes the field currently displayed to the next data type. Probably better explained in the manual.
I believe if you have the latest version of PowerAgent, it lets you customize the display there as well but it's good to know how to do it from the CPU in case you accidentally change it in the field.
The other problem - you can try going into power sensors, and having it re-sync with the wheel. The menu operation needs to be selected by depressing the joystick button control, then rotate the wheel in the bike so it activates the hub, assuming that you have a good battery.

Thanks SWoo! Figured out how to change display. As to the second problem, no luck. I just got the set-up a few days ago, so I don't think it is a bad battery. I am not particularly impressed with the instruction manual for the combo as well as their trouble shooting- I know they can't have everything in there, but it seems like some of the main points are not included.
I'll figure it out eventually!

You might need to take the battery out of the hub, wait one minute, then put it back in. The G3 hub has a problem with going to sleep and not waking up. The CycleOps tech support guy told me this. Also check through Power Agent that the hub has the latest firmware.
