I'll do what I usually do, which is get a recommendation or two for the best rib doctor in town that trains hard (so he understands people that train hard) and make an appointment. I have insurance. If they take it great, if not I just pay cash. Has worked well for the last 25 years.

Actually the pain is getting much better rather quickly.
I rode the trainer this morning (the girl next door, not the bike (Mrs. Duffy is still recovering)) virtually pain free.
